Has the death of a loved one left you feeling alone and disconnected from those around you?

Maybe your grief is so overwhelming you’re barely making it through the day without breaking down, or perhaps you feel like you’re in a daze, frozen while life around you goes back to normal. You may be struggling to find people who understand what you’re going through, or simply not have anyone at all to talk to about your loss. Perhaps you’re feeling disconnected and incredibly alone.

Whatever it is that you’re experiencing, you’re beginning to notice the impact of this in every part of your life:

  • Struggling to cope with overwhelming sadness, anger, guilt, or other emotions that seem to come and go unexpectedly

  • Feeling off-balance and finding it incredibly difficult to keep up with the day-to-day

  • Withdrawing from people or activities that once felt enjoyable

You don’t have to feel alone in your grief.

Grief Support Group in Seattle can help you feel supported after loss.

It may feel daunting now, but you can feel supported without pressure. You can gain tools to move through grief, triggers, and emotional waves. You can find hope through connection and shared experiences. And our Grief Support Group can help you get there.

What to expect in Grief Support Group Meetings:

Our grief support group is designed to provide connection, understanding, and gentle guidance through the grieving process. It is a safe, judgment-free space to share your experience, learn more about the effects of grief and how to care for yourself, and connect with others who are also navigating the loss of a loved one. Everyone moves through grief differently, and there is no timeline. You are welcome exactly as you are.

My approach to grief support comes from a place of curiosity and hope, believing that it’s not about fixing you or fixing your grief, but about being present and understanding with you in your pain, so that you are not alone in it. Finding ways to move forward is less scary when we aren’t alone.

Why Grief Support Groups Help:

Grief can feel isolating, confusing, and overwhelming, especially when the world seems to expect you to “move on.” Grief support groups can help reduce feelings of isolation, normalize the grieving process, and provide comfort through shared understanding. Many people find relief in realizing they are not alone, and that their feelings make sense.

Seattle Grief Support Group helps you:

  • Connect with others who have also experienced the death of a loved one

  • Share your experience of grief and loss

  • Explore healthy ways of coping

  • Gain practical tools for navigating grief

  • Feel seen, heard, and supported
