Online Therapy in Seattle That Fits Your Life
Online therapy makes it possible to receive professional support without fighting traffic, rearranging your workday, or commuting across the city. Whether you're working from home in Capitol Hill, living in Ballard, commuting from West Seattle, or anywhere else in Washington, you can attend therapy from a space where you feel comfortable.
Why Choose Online Sessions?
Virtual sessions may be a good fit if you:
Have a busy work schedule
Work remotely or travel throughout Washington frequently
Prefer the comfort and privacy of your own home
Want access to therapy without driving across Seattle
For many clients, virtual therapy becomes a sustainable part of their routine because it removes common barriers that prevent people from consistently attending therapy sessions.
Online Therapy Services Offered
Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety may cause you to overthink conversations, worry about the future, isolate yourself, or get stuck in cycles of self-criticism. Rather than only managing symptoms, we'll work to shift the negative patterns underneath your anxiety so you can feel more grounded and confident.

Hi, I’m Angel, and I can help.
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate
I’ve been a therapist for 9 years and have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I am a Certified Grief & Loss Provider.
I provide therapy in Seattle for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling confident, more emotionally grounded, and better connected in their relationships.
Compassionate, Evidence-based Mental Health Care
My approach to therapy is based in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach that helps people reduce anxiety, process grief, heal from trauma, and strengthen relationships. Rather than simply managing symptoms, EFT explores the underlying emotional and behavioral patterns that keep you stuck so that you can create lasting change.
Is Online Therapy Effective?
Research has shown that online therapy is as effective as in-person therapy for many common mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and relationship challenges.
A 2021 meta-analysis by Batastini et al., Are Videoconferenced Mental and Behavioral Health Services Just as Good as In-Person?, reviewed 57 studies and found few meaningful differences in treatment outcomes between virtual counseling and in-office counseling. Similarly, a 2022 meta-analysis by Giovanetti et al., Teletherapy Versus In-Person Psychotherapy for Depression, found that online counseling produced outcomes comparable to in-person therapy for depression, with similar rates of treatment completion.
The most important factor in successful therapy is often the quality of the therapeutic relationship, not whether sessions happen in an office or secure video.
